As auditors we conduct the annual audits of accounts for companies with a wide diversity of legal forms. Our clients include stock corporations, limited liability companies, corporate groups, cooperatives, pension funds, health insurance companies, associations and foundations as well as governmental community bodies and public authorities.
 
As a registered auditing firm subject to government regulation, we employ qualified auditors as stipulated by stock corporation law and are therefore entitled to conduct not only limited audits but also ordinary audits and other audits to which stricter legal requirements apply.
 
Our field of activity also includes audits related to the founding of new companies, increases and reductions in share capital, extraordinary audits and customer-specific briefs such as due diligence audits or audits of internal control systems.
